STEPS Edu Centre Inaugurated

STEPS Edu Centre was officially inaugurated on June 27, 2024, by esteemed guest Sayyid Abbas Ali Shihab Thangal. The event marked a significant milestone in the establishment of a new educational hub in the region. Sayyid Abbas Ali Shihab Thangal graced the occasion as the chief guest and inaugurated the centre, which aims to provide quality education and skill development opportunities to students. The event was attended by by Darul Huda General Secretary U. Shafi Haji, Sharafudheen Morayur, Dr. Shafeeq Husain Hudavi, Abdullah Haji Thanalur, Shavali Sahib, Crescent Bava Haji, Ibrahim Haji, Ashraf Sahib, Saad Nadwi, Haneef Sahib Araf, and by a significant number of guests, including educationists, community leaders, and students.  The STEPS Edu Center, an initiative by the Samastha Islamic Center Yanbu in collaboration with HADIA CSE, is envisioned as a hub for educational and social activities. Dr Sami Inaugurated Academic Conference

Dr. Mohammed Abdul Sami Siddiqui, Professor at Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad, inaugurated the "Academic Conference on Education in Rural India: Strategies to Empower the Societies" held on June 10, 2024, at Darul Huda Punganur, Andhra Pradesh. The conference, an initiative by Darul Huda Punganur, featured expert talks by Dr. Muhammed Aslam Hudawi and Dr. S. Mohemmed Rafi Ahmed, focusing on transformative educational strategies for rural communities. Principal Ahmad Sharafudheen Hudawi presided over the inaugural function. Dr. Rafeeq Hudawi, Afzal Hudawi, and Shuaib Hudawi led the session. Thirty delegates from different institutions presented papers.

Darul Huda Alumni (HADIA) took the initiations for setting up the  Andhra Campus, and the institution was founded on 20th August 2007 and started class on10 June 2009 named as Manhajul Huda Islamic College (MHIC) at Punganur in Chitoor district of Andhra Pradesh, later it was renamed as Darul Huda Pungnaur in accordance with name of mother institution. Darul Huda Punganur celebrate its Crystal Jubilee, Under the title 'Irtikha - Fifteen Years of New Steps', marking a significant turning point in the history of Darul Huda Islamic University. During this period, the institution achieved remarkable success in expanding educational and social services beyond Kerala. The annual celebrations serve as a reminder that there is still much to accomplish. The Crystal Jubilee featured a diverse array of programs, including book releases, mass cultural events, Da'wah camps, quiz competitions, and an Imam diploma course. The logo was officially released by Sayyid Munawvarali Shihab Thangal during a function held at HADIA CSE, Panakkad. The event was graced by the presence of esteemed individuals such as Darul Huda General Secretary U Shafi Haji, former editor of Chandrika daily CP Saidalavi, Dr KT Haris Hudawi, Umarul Farooq Hudawi, Ahmad Sharafuddin Hudawi, T. Abubakar Hudawi, and other distinguished guests.

Academic Conference on the theme “History of India: Role and Relevance of Muslims" concluded on June 20, 2023 at Darul Huda Punganur Campus. The conference brought together prominent scholars, researchers, and students from various disciplines to delve into the rich historical contributions and significance of the Muslim community in India. The One Day event, organized by the DHPC Academic office in association with students union - SAFA, aimed to shed light on the often-overlooked aspects of India's past and explore the profound impact Muslims have had on the nation's culture, politics, and society throughout the ages. The conference also addressed contemporary issues, with sessions focusing on the challenges faced by the Muslim community in modern India. Scholars emphasized the importance of acknowledging and learning from historical experiences to foster mutual understanding and social cohesion. Darul Huda Punganur celebrated 76th Independence Day of India

Darul Huda Punganur celebrated 76th  Independence Day of India. Punganur Circle Inspector Mamilla Gangireddy sir inaugurated the celebrations and conveyed the freedom message. He said that ‘This nation is result of sweat of our forefathers, we have to be competent in this world and to be in higher levels of national administration, you, the students are future of this nation, and I am sure you can achieve it’.  Honourable Haji Shawali Sahib hoisted the national flag. Parade saluting the national flag and guests organized by the students were the eye catching moments. The event which was mind thrilling in the background melody of ‘Sare Jahn se Acha Hindusitan hamara’ of great Allama Muhammad Iqbal. Arshad Shawali, Sayeed Nadwi, Shaikh Masoom Basha Hudawi, Shaikh Ali Ahmad Hudawi and other dignitaries attended the function.
“Insha Allah, I aspire that a bunch  of highly talented scholars coming out of  this institution; a group quintessentially  grown up under and groomed by the strict  directives of Islam; the sheer favour of  Allah the Almighty mould flow out of their  veins; with sterling behavior, eloquence  and writing ingenuity, they would capture  the hearts of society. A day will come,  when the medows of this institution would  be crowned with white skinned Europeans,  dark skinned Africans and blonde haired  Americans who flock to this citadel of  knowledge to imbibe its pleasures and  sweetness.” Dr. U.
